Registry FAQs

How do I purchase a sheet in someone's registry?
Go to "FIND" and search for the registrant's name. You'll see a list of sheets the couple has requested. Click the "Add to Cart" button. If you wish to make multiple purchases, click "Back" on your browser to continue shopping from their registry list.

I'd like the gift shipped to me rather than the bridal couple.
If you prefer to have your gift shipped to you, simply enter your shipping and billing address in the checkout process. Our parcel carriers deliver only to actual street addresses and we do not deliver to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We’ll send you an email confirming your preferred address. We'll also notify you by email as soon your gift is picked up, informing you the carrier and the estimated arrival date of your order. That email contains a link taking you to our live page to track the progress of your order. If you have ordered multiple gifts, we’ll notify you as each separate item is picked up.

Will the bride and groom be notified of my purchase?
Yes, the bride and groom are notified by e-mail within a few hours of your purchase.

When will you ship my order to the bridal couple?
Generally we ship all sheets within 48 hours after you order. If an item on our website is listed as out of stock, you’ll receive a notification email when your gift is back in stock with the expected ship date.

How can I purchase a gift if I'm located outside Canada or the U.S?
You may purchase sheets from anywhere in the world. At this time Perfectlinens.com ships only to the USA and Canada. We're also happy to process gift cards for you but only for shipments to the USA or Canada.

I'd like to make changes to my registry, can I do this myself? Who can help?
To make changes to your registry, add or delete items, simply go to the Registry Page and sign into your account.  This will take you to the "Registry Managment page" where you will find your current registry.  Simply click on your registry and you will be able to make changes from there.  You may also update your account information under "My Information" (utilize the account icon at the top right hand corner of the page - near the cart icon) or just e-mail us at registry@perfectlinens.com and we'll help with your changes.

How do I include a message with my gift?
Messages may be left in the "Special Order Instructions/Registry Notes" box in your Shopping Cart. If you've already made your purchase, please e-mail us at registry@perfectlinens.com and we'll gladly include your message with your gift.

Can I register for something other than a wedding? Such as birthday, anniversary, personal wish list?
When signing up for a registry, you'll see the option under "Type of Event" for events other than a Wedding.

What if I receive duplicates of a gift?
If you get duplicates of a gift you can exchange them for other luxury sheets at Perfectlinens.com.

How long will my registry be posted after my event?
Your registry will be active for six months after your wedding or event.

Can I register for Perfectlinens.com Gift Cards?
When you create your registry, gift cards are automatically added to the list.

Will I receive a discount to complete my registry?
After your big day, we'll email you a unique coupon code entitling you to a site-wide 15% discount. You will be able to use this coupon to complete your registry or purchase additional sets of the sheets you love. 

What are a Registrant and Co-Registrant?
Registrant and Co-Registrant refer to the couple who have signed up for a registry.

I've made a purchase, but the registry list has not updated.
The registry list will update to reflect the purchases you've made but please allow up to 4 hours.
